Shipping Policy – Dazze and Blussh

Thank you for choosing Dazze and Blussh. We strive to provide fast, reliable, and hassle-free delivery across India. Please review our Shipping Policy to understand how your orders are processed and shipped.


Order Processing Time

  • All domestic orders are processed within 1 business day.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or Public Holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS/Email/WhatsApp (if enabled).

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

To reduce fake or unverified orders and ensure smooth delivery:

  • For all COD orders, our team will call or WhatsApp you for confirmation.
  • Only after you confirm the order, it will be packed and dispatched.
  • If we are unable to reach you after multiple attempts, the order may be cancelled automatically.

High RTO (Return to Origin) Risk Orders

If an address, pincode, or customer profile is flagged as high RTO risk:

  • We may request prepaid payment before shipping the order.
  • The customer will be informed clearly before processing.
  • Once payment is received, the order will be dispatched immediately.

Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
  • Delivery times may vary due to location, courier delays, weather, or seasonal load.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹289.
  • Orders below ₹289 may include a small shipping fee, shown at checkout.

Shipping Locations

  • We ship across serviceable pincodes in India.
  • International shipping is currently not available.

Order Tracking

After dispatch:

  • You will receive a tracking link and ID.
  • Tracking updates may take up to 12 hours to reflect on the courier portal.

Delivery Attempts

  • Couriers typically make 2–3 delivery attempts.
  • If undelivered due to incomplete address or unavailability, the package may be returned to us.
  • Re-shipping may require additional charges.

Paid Orders Refused / Returned / Incorrect Address

If a prepaid order is:

  • Refused by the customer at the time of delivery
  • Cancelled due to wrong or incomplete address
  • Returned to origin (RTO) due to customer unavailability or refusal

Then:

  • 10% of the order value will be deducted towards logistics, handling, and payment gateway charges.
  • The remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • Customers must request the refund within 15 days from the date of order return.
  • Refunds requested after 15 days may not be eligible.

Delays & Exceptions

Delivery may be affected by:

  • Weather issues
  • Courier operational delays
  • Festival season load
  • Remote location constraints

We will try to keep you informed about unexpected delays.


Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a damaged or tampered package:

  • Take clear photos/videos immediately.
  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • We will assist as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your address is complete and accurate.
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or RTOs caused due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Recipient unavailability
  • Courier inability to reach the address
