How long does shipping take?
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Most metro cities receive delivery in 3–5 days; the rest of India in 5–7 days. You'll get a tracking link by SMS and email as soon as your order ships.
What is your return and refund policy?
If a product reaches you damaged, leaked, or isn't what you ordered, we'll replace it or refund you in full — no questions asked. Just write to us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available across most serviceable pin codes in India. You'll see the option at checkout if your address qualifies. A small COD handling fee may apply on some orders.
